Frequently asked questions

We understand that life can be busy, and we're right there with you! That's why we want to provide practical advice on caring for your items.

For best results, we recommend machine washing your items in cold water with like colors. You can tumble dry them on low heat, or if you prefer, hang them to air dry. If needed, a low iron or steam can be used to smooth out wrinkles and kinks.

*Remember to turn the garment inside out (and zipped up if applicable) before washing and drying to help maintain its quality, with the exception of sleep sacks (those should be washed zipped up but right side out).

If you have any concerns or questions about caring for your items, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please be aware that the color of the items you receive may vary slightly from the photos on our website, depending on the screen of the device used to place your order.

Furthermore, each restocked color or print may not precisely match previous releases in terms of shade, hue, or tone. Various factors contribute to these differences, but we strive to ensure consistency as closely as possible with each new production run.

While rare, slight differences in color may occur within a single product as well.

We take pride in crafting our garments from exceptionally soft bamboo fabrics that provide comfort and coziness for your little ones. When it comes to printing patterns on these delicate materials, we aim to preserve their inherent softness as much as possible. However, it's important to note that the printing process can introduce slight variations in texture and softness to the fabric.

While our bamboo fabrics are naturally gentle and luxurious, the application of prints may subtly alter the feel of the outer layer. And thus, garments with minimal printing will generally retain a smoother and softer texture.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or questions about our printed bamboo garments, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to ensure you and your little ones enjoy every moment in our clothing.

Although we aim for consistent sizing, our products are crafted by hand, which naturally introduces slight variations in each piece. Additionally, the inherent stretch of bamboo fabric can result in measurements differing by 1cm due to seam allowances.

Bamboo fabric can sometimes pill due to its unique fiber structure. Pilling occurs when fibers of the fabric tangle together into small balls, often caused by friction from washing, wearing (when clothes come in contact with harsh surfaces) or rubbing against other fabrics.

To ensure your bamboo items maintain their luxurious feel, we recommend turning the items inside out before washing and using cold water. It's best to avoid washing bamboo items with rough-textures such as towels or those with Velcro closures. After washing, hang drying is preferable to maintain the fabric's softness and shape, but if you use a dryer, opt for a low-heat setting and promptly remove clothing once dry.

Please note that our fabric is slightly thicker and more durable than the average bamboo pajama, so you should see less pilling in general. Bamboo is a delicate material, so you may still see some pilling.
